Are you a psychologist stepping into management and feeling like your psychological expertise hasn't fully prepared you for leading teams and running an organization? While your psychological training gives you unique insights into human behavior, the day-to-day challenges of managing finances, meeting strategic and operational goals, and developing your team can feel like uncharted territory. You're not alone in this transition.

In this transformative workshop, you'll join peers who share your journey and gain practical tools through personalized Hogan Assessments and real-world scenarios. You'll tackle crucial challenges like shifting from colleague to supervisor, making tough decisions while maintaining the core of your psychological perspective, and building high-performing teams. Prepare for stronger team engagement, better organizational outcomes, and the discovery of your authentic leadership voice. Don't miss this opportunity to leverage your strengths to meet your leadership challenges.

Learning Objectives are as follows:

Objective 1:  Evaluate their leadership strengths and growth areas through structured self-assessment to enhance their leadership effectiveness.
Objective 2:  Analyze and apply psychologically-based models of learning and motivation to promote positive workplace outcomes for teams and individuals.
Objective 3:  Identify a leadership framework (e.g., Transformational, Transactional, Servant Leadership) to guide their leadership development, considering their strengths, areas for growth, and values.
Objective 4:  Describe the five facets of learning agility.
Objective 5:  Apply a learning agility framework to leadership challenges in the context of ambiguity and uncertainty in organizations and society.

**Please note a one hour lunch break and two fifteen minute breaks will be provided throughout the day.
