Building on studied parallels between endurance athletes and successful longterm leaders, the Endurance Leader model is an innovative and perhaps paradoxical approach that puts long-term thinking and behavior at the center of leadership – at a time when the world is demanding speed and change. In this dynamic session, attendees will learn tools to help their coaching clients (and perhaps themselves) build an endurance approach that results in superior personal and leadership performance.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Identify three business or intrapersonal reasons for a long-term leadership model in today’s business climate.

  2. Describe the four elements of the Endurance Leader model.

  3. Learn at least three cognitive or behavioral tools to help clients build a long-term leadership approach.
